Caravan shares the pedigree of Darioush Signature wines, but displays more ripe, saturated fruit with an elegantly textured finish. The soulful fruit core of the 2020 vintage is mixed with savory notes of bay leaf, green tea, and cinnamon stick, then all wrapped in coating of milk chocolate.
A concentrated and vibrant wine, 2021 Duel o ers an enticing mix of raspberry and currants enhanced by an essence of savory herbs. A medley of blackberry, red plum, and crème de cassis flavors sweeps across the classically fruit-forward palate and is warmed by spicy undertones of sandalwood and cardamom.
The 2021 Pedar is a personal endeavor, this naturally-crafted 100% estate-grown Shiraz is a tribute to my "pedar", or father. The soft floral notes carry across the palate and are complemented by delicious blackberry and plum flavors with stewed strawberries and hints of pie spice.
