The Essentials features our flagship release, 2021 Signature Cabernet Sauvignon celebrating Darioush’s 25th anniversary and bottling. Rewarding with extraordinary depth and poise, the drinking pleasure of this vintage begins with notes of royal cassis that fan out on the palate and continue with silky black cherry and refined dark berry fruit framed by bakers’ chocolate, cedar, and toasted sage.
Its white wine counterpart is fragrant, alluring, and exotic. Laden with wonderful varietal notes of stone fruits and tropical flora, the 2023 Signature Viognier exhibits abundant flavors of crisp nectarine, fresh peach, and guava nectar, with refreshing notes of tangy kumquat and tart lemon meringue elongating the exceptionally bright, refreshing finish.
