This classic Bordeaux variety possesses both power and poise, and contributes layered, concentrated, earthen and fruit flavors to our Signature Cabernet Sauvignon each year.
Tasting Notes
Darioush Cabernet Franc’s hallmarks are its dense blue fruits, layered earthy-herbal notes, refined tannins and hints of bittersweet cocoa that persist across a long finish.
Bold and expressive, the 2022 Cabernet Franc offers a remarkable depth of dark fruit and tart berries, complemented by herbal nuances and savory texture that highlights the wine’s ripe, rich fruit. Distinctive notes of black licorice, dried fig, and hibiscus tea provide added complexity, while the refined tannins bring a sense of sophistication and structure, culminating in a long, grounded finish.
